Privacy Policy
Last updated 27 July 2026.
1. Who we are
Oakspire Group is the trade name of Oakspire Partners LLC. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Oakspire Partners LLC. This policy explains how we handle information in connection with this website and our advisory services.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us. If you contact us, we receive whatever you choose to send: your name, contact details, and what you tell us about your business. If we go on to work together, we will separately request financial documentation, and we will tell you at that point what is needed and why.
Information collected automatically. This site is served over standard web hosting. Our host records ordinary server logs, which typically include IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps. This is normal server operation and is used for security and reliability.
Cookies. This website sets no cookies of its own and runs no advertising or analytics trackers. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers and Google may log your IP address for that request. If we later add analytics, this policy will be updated before it is installed.
3. How we use information
To respond to you, to assess whether we can help, to provide advisory services if we are engaged, and to meet our legal and regulatory obligations. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
4. Sharing with funding sources
Where we arrange financing, we submit information about you and your business to third-party lenders and capital sources. This is the core of what we do and it cannot be avoided if you want financing arranged.
Nothing is submitted to any funding source without your explicit approval. We will tell you which sources we propose to approach before we approach them. Each of those parties has its own privacy practices, which govern what they do with the information once they hold it.
5. Service providers
We use ordinary business services such as email hosting, file storage, and document signing. Those providers process information on our behalf under their own terms. We do not authorise them to use your information for their own purposes.
6. Retention
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards. Records relating to an engagement are kept for as long as required for legal, tax, and regulatory purposes. You may ask us to delete information and we will do so where we are not required to keep it.
7. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information in our possession. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send financial documents, account numbers, or social security numbers in an initial email. We will tell you how to send anything sensitive when there is a reason to.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, contact us using the details on our contact page. We will not discriminate against you for making a request.
9. Children
This site is directed to businesses and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
11. Contact
Questions about this policy can be sent using the details on our contact page.
